These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LXI Super Ticket website
and related services (the “Service”). By browsing, creating an order, or completing a purchase,
you agree to these Terms and to our Purchase Policy and
Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who we are
LXI Super Ticket operates an independent secondary ticket marketplace.
We are not the National Football League, the NFL, any NFL club, SoFi Stadium,
Super Bowl LXI, or On Location Experiences. Team names, logos, venue names, and event marks
appearing on the Service belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the
events for which tickets may be available.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a
binding contract to buy tickets. You confirm that information you provide at checkout is
accurate and that you will not use the Service for fraud, resale in violation of law, or any
unlawful purpose.
3. Nature of the marketplace
Listings on the Service may include inventory we control and inventory sourced from verified
sellers or fulfillment partners (including partners identified on this site, such as TicketNetwork
where applicable). Prices are set for each listing and can change until you complete checkout.
A listing is an invitation to place an order; your order becomes a binding purchase only when
payment is authorized and the order is confirmed on the confirmation page / email.
4. Accounts, orders, and communications
You are responsible for safeguarding any confirmation codes, e-tickets, and QR codes we send you.
Order confirmations, e-tickets, and service messages are sent to the email address you enter at
checkout. Keep that inbox accessible. You authorize us to contact you about your order by email
or phone using the details you provide.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, harvest, or automate access to prices, inventory, or seat maps;
- Attempt to circumvent hold timers, quantity limits, payment checks, or security controls;
- Misrepresent identity, payment method, or delivery details;
- Interfere with the Service or other users’ orders;
- Use tickets purchased here in violation of venue rules, league rules, or applicable law.
6. Intellectual property
The Service’s design, copy, graphics, and software are owned by LXI Super Ticket or its licensors.
You may not copy, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the Service except as allowed by these
Terms or by law.
7. Disclaimers
Event details (date, time, venue, matchup, broadcast) can change. We display information believed
to be current, but we do not control the NFL schedule, stadium operations, or hospitality providers.
Except as stated in the Purchase Policy, the Service and listings are provided “as is” and “as
available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability
of any listing.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LXI Super Ticket and its officers, employees, and partners
are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost
profits, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to an
order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain
limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the greatest extent allowed.
9. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify LXI Super Ticket against claims arising from your misuse of the
Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights in connection
with tickets you buy.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict
of law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence apply.
Venue for disputes that are not resolved informally will lie in state or federal courts located
in Los Angeles County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new “Last updated”
date. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms for future visits and orders.
Material changes affecting an order already confirmed will not reduce rights you already have for
that order under the Purchase Policy then in effect.
12. Contact
Questions about these Terms: use Contact us on this website and reference
“Terms of Use” in your message.
This Purchase Policy explains how ticket and package sales work on LXI Super Ticket, what you
receive after payment, and when refunds or replacements apply. It forms part of your contract
together with the Terms of Use.
1. What you are buying
You are buying event tickets and/or hospitality packages for NFL regular-season games or Super
Bowl LXI experiences listed on this site. Unless a listing expressly says otherwise:
- Seats for the same order line are sold as contiguous (side-by-side) where inventory allows;
- Prices shown are in U.S. dollars and are the amount charged for that listing at checkout;
- Delivery is electronic (e-ticket / mobile QR) to the email used at checkout;
- We are a marketplace, not the official box office of the NFL or the venue.
2. Order process and seat holds
Adding items to your cart starts a temporary hold so inventory can be reserved while you check
out. Holds expire if you do not complete payment in time; expired holds release seats back to
inventory and prices may change. An order is complete only when payment is authorized and you
receive an on-site confirmation (and email confirmation when delivery succeeds).
3. Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout (for example Visa, Mastercard, American
Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay where available). By submitting payment, you represent that
you are authorized to use the selected method. Orders may be declined or cancelled if payment
fails, is flagged for fraud review, or cannot be verified.
4. Delivery of tickets
After a successful purchase, e-tickets are generated for your order and sent to your checkout
email. Each ticket typically includes event details, section/row information as listed, and a
unique code or QR for entry. You must present a valid ticket in the form required by the venue
(mobile or printed, as the venue allows). Keep tickets confidential; anyone who presents a valid
ticket may be admitted.
5. All sales are final (with limited exceptions)
Because tickets are perishable inventory for a dated event, all sales are final
once payment is confirmed, except as required by law or as stated below.
5.1 Event cancelled and not rescheduled
If the event is cancelled and not rescheduled, you are entitled to a refund of the ticket amount
you paid for the cancelled event (excluding optional add-ons that were already delivered, if any),
or another remedy required by applicable law.
5.2 Event postponed or rescheduled
If the event is postponed or rescheduled, your tickets remain valid for the new date/time announced
by the organizer unless we notify you otherwise. Refunds for postponements are not automatically
owed unless required by law or expressly offered for that listing.
5.3 Fulfillment failure
If we cannot deliver valid tickets for a confirmed order before the event (for example, inventory
failure), we will replace with comparable tickets when reasonably available or refund the amount
you paid for the undelivered tickets. That is your exclusive remedy for non-delivery.
5.4 Assured Event Pass / insured-style packages
If you purchase a package marketed with change-of-plans or fulfillment cover (such as an
“Assured Event Pass”), the specific cover described on that product page applies in addition to
this Policy. Cover is limited to the terms stated for that package and does not create insurance
regulated by a state insurance department unless expressly licensed and disclosed as such.
6. Buyer guarantee
Every confirmed order is backed by our buyer guarantee: you will receive valid tickets for the
event and seats described in your order, or we will replace or refund as set out in section 5.3.
The guarantee does not cover: buyer’s remorse; travel, hotel, or other incidental costs; denied
entry due to venue ID/age/bag policies; or tickets you transferred, screenshotted insecurely, or
altered.
7. Pricing, taxes, and fees
The price displayed for a listing is the price you agree to pay for that ticket or package.
Where sales tax or venue taxes must be collected, they will be shown before you confirm payment
when applicable. Currency conversion charges from your bank or card network are your responsibility.
8. Prohibited resale and venue rules
You must comply with venue entry rules, NFL and club policies, and local law. Some jurisdictions
regulate ticket resale (including price caps or licensing). You are responsible for lawful use of
tickets after purchase. We may cancel an order and refund if we reasonably believe the purchase
violates law, these Terms, or payment-network rules.
9. Hospitality and partner packages
Club, hospitality, and “Contact us” packages may require additional confirmation, age limits, or
partner terms (for example, On Location Experiences for certain Super Bowl hospitality). Where a
listing is sold as contact-only, no purchase is complete until we confirm availability and pricing
with you in writing.
10. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback after receiving valid tickets, we may dispute it and provide proof of
delivery. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in refusal of future orders and recovery of costs
allowed by law.
11. Contact for order issues
For delivery problems, wrong event details, or guarantee claims, contact us via
Contact us before the event when possible, and include your order ID and email
used at checkout.
This Privacy Policy describes how LXI Super Ticket (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares, and
protects personal information when you use this website and complete a purchase. It is written to
reflect the data we actually process on this Service and common legal requirements that apply to
U.S. and international visitors (including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the
CPRA, and, where applicable, the EU/UK GDPR).
1. Who is responsible
LXI Super Ticket is the controller of personal data collected through this website for browsing,
cart, and checkout. Payment card data entered at checkout is processed by our payment providers;
we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
2. Information we collect
2.1 You provide
- Identity and contact: name, email, phone;
- Billing address: street, city, postal/ZIP code, state/region, country;
- Order details: events, sections, quantities, package selections, order ID;
- Messages you send through Contact us / support.
2.2 Collected automatically
- Device and log data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP;
- Cart and session data stored locally in your browser (for example cart contents and hold timers);
- Cookies or similar technologies needed for site function, preference, and security.
2.3 From partners
Payment processors and fraud-prevention tools may return payment status tokens and risk signals.
Inventory/fulfillment partners may receive only what is needed to deliver tickets.
3. How we use information
- Process and fulfill orders; deliver e-tickets; provide buyer-guarantee support;
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access;
- Operate, secure, and improve the website;
- Send transactional emails (confirmations, tickets, order updates);
- Respond to your requests and legal obligations;
- With your consent or as otherwise allowed, send marketing about events (you may opt out).
Legal bases where GDPR applies include: performance of a contract (checkout/fulfillment),
legitimate interests (security, improvement), consent (optional marketing/cookies), and legal
obligation (tax, accounting, lawful requests).
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share data with:
- Payment processors to charge your order and fight fraud;
- Fulfillment / inventory partners (for example TicketNetwork where used) to
source or deliver tickets;
- Hospitality partners when you buy a partner package that requires it;
- Service providers hosting, email delivery, analytics, and customer support
under confidentiality obligations;
- Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or the Service;
- Successors in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to this Policy.
5. Cookies and local storage
We use essential cookies/local storage to keep your cart, hold deadline, and session working.
Disabling them may break checkout. If we use non-essential analytics or advertising cookies in
the future, we will present a choice where required by law.
6. Retention
Order and payment records are kept as long as needed for fulfillment, dispute handling, tax, and
legal compliance (typically several years). Support messages are kept as long as needed to resolve
your request. Browser cart data remains until you clear site data or the hold expires.
7. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards appropriate to a ticket checkout site, including HTTPS and
payment handling designed to align with PCI DSS requirements via our processors. No method of
transmission or storage is 100% secure; protect your inbox and devices that store e-tickets.
8. Children’s privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal
information from children under 13 (COPPA). If you believe a child provided data, contact us and
we will delete it.
9. Your privacy rights
9.1 California (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents may request: (1) access to personal information we hold; (2) deletion;
(3) correction; (4) information about categories collected/shared; and (5) to opt out of “sale”
or “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising if we engage in that activity. We will not
discriminate against you for exercising these rights. Submit requests via
Contact us. We may need to verify your identity (for example, matching email
and order ID).
9.2 EEA/UK (GDPR)
Where GDPR/UK GDPR applies, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, and
data portability, and to withdraw consent. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory
authority. Contact us as above to exercise these rights.
10. International transfers
We may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate
transfer safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for transfers from the EEA/UK.
11. Do Not Track
There is no consistent industry standard for Do Not Track browser signals. We treat CCPA/CPRA
opt-out and cookie choices as the controlling mechanisms where they apply.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy by posting a new version with a revised “Last updated” date.
Material changes will apply going forward. Continued use of the Service after the update means
you acknowledge the revised Policy.
13. Contact
Privacy requests and questions: Contact us on this website with the subject
“Privacy Policy” and enough detail for us to locate your data (email and order ID if relevant).
